School District Implementation
Due to the increased expectations on teachers, finding class time to “teach” organization becomes increasingly challenging. At 4XF we believe that arming students with adequate organization tools and frontloading students with information about how to use them will increase the instructional minutes overall. If every student puts his/her papers in the same place and doesn’t have to worry about forgotten folders or work, teachers will experience an overall reduction in the amount of time needed for this task.
Our vision is for entire school districts to implement the 4XF System as the chosen approach to a student material system. By setting this as an expectation, schools can proactively support the executive functioning needs of their students. Teachers expect students to bring the correct supplies to school each period. By using the 4XF System, students know HOW they will reach that expectation. All teachers can use common language to teach students what to do starting from day one.
